When you hit the PS4's "share" button - what happens? Where does the video upload? Where do you go to see it?
I've tried to use it, but I never have the patience to leave the game I'm playing and wait to find out exactly what it does...
Anyone use it?

It is a little awkward, and has changed a bit since launch. Basically, when you hit share you are given a choice to grab a screen shot or a video. Once you choose that you can upload directly to a SM acct or you also have the option of accessing those things in the Share Factory App. This lets you do stuff.. Ok I have not opened it yet. The way I use video is to hit the share button twice quick and that starts a video, then tapping it again ends it. Maybe I will open share factory later. And I did. So you make your video, uploaded to Facebook then you can DL it and do what you want with it. destinystation.proboards.com/thread/36/last-video-game-playedPretty slick. User interface has a bit of a learning curve but hey, what doesn't?

For folks wondering about the Xbox One alternatives, there isn't currently a screenshot button, but the game does keep the last 5 mins of gameplay DVR'ed for you. At any time you can use the "Xbox, Record That" Kinect command to save the last 30 seconds of footage, or use the "End Clip Now" button to get longer clips. You can also use that app to record as you play. If you don't have the Kinect, you'll have to snap the app before you play to get the Game DVR clips. Also, I don't know if this was my Xbone or the Beta, but Destiny clips seem to have a decent chance of having unsynced audio and video when using the "record that" command. You can upload your clips and videos to skydrive with the Upload Studio app if you want to download them to your PC for fun and profit.

Also for xbox one you can stream using the twitch app. twitch accounts are free, and the "xbox broadcast" Kinect command will begin a broadcast.
If you log into your twitch account on a PC you can activate a setting that will automatically archive your streams, saving them in the cloud also for fun and profit.
